How it works

1. In the portal: Billing → Top up → BTC
2. We display a unique deposit address (one-time, generated from our self-hosted BTCPay Server)
3. Send any amount; balance applies after 6 confirmations
4. Use the block explorer to track confirmation depth if you like

What's seen on-chain

• Your sending address (you control whether this is reused or fresh)
• The deposit address we issued you (one-time per top-up)
• The amount, and the block it lands in

What we see

• The transaction once it confirms (we read this from BTCPay)
• We do not link the deposit to any external identity unless you've voluntarily attached an email to the account

Withdrawal (suspended-account scenario)

If your account is suspended (per abuse policy) and the suspension stands after appeal, you may withdraw the unspent prepaid balance to an address you control after a 30-day cooldown.
